• As a Sales Manager with a focus on the Qualifizierungschancengesetz (QCG, German Qualification Opportunities Act), you will be responsible for systematic new customer acquisition and advisory services in the SME sector. • You are the main point of contact for HR managers and company executives, open doors, build relationships, and support companies in successfully leveraging state-funded training programs. • You systematically acquire new customers via phone, LinkedIn, e‑mail and events. • You advise decision-makers at HR and executive levels on QCG-funded training programs. • You manage the entire sales cycle – from first contact and needs assessment to the reliable handling of education vouchers (Bildungsgutschein). • You maintain and manage leads and opportunities in our CRM system. • You work closely with Marketing, e.g., on lead generation, collateral and webinars. • You provide feedback to Product Development & eCampus to continuously align our offering with market needs.
• Confident and professional demeanor when engaging with decision-makers (HR, executive level) • Strong hunter mentality with high target orientation and closing ability • Excellent communication and consulting skills, especially when working with SME clients • Understanding of or strong willingness to learn about labour-market support instruments (in particular the Qualifizierungschancengesetz and the Bildungsgutschein) • A hands-on personality who enjoys opening doors and building new customer relationships • Structured, reliable and goal-oriented working style • Ability to close deals independently and take responsibility for results • Nice-to-haves: experience with public funding programs or in the training/education sector; a network in the SME segment or HR community; you enjoy advising, asking smart questions and finding sensible solutions together with clients; you like to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product and Operations to successfully support customers.
