• Lead the development and implementation of sales force strategies, including targeting, sales force sizing and alignment, and incentive compensation planning • Analyze multiple data sources, KPIs, trends, and market events to provide strategic insights on business performance • Process, analyze, and visualize patient claims data, providing reliable reporting on key metrics • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting of brand's performance • Support commercial initiatives and product performance assessment with relevant analytics and insights • Clearly communicate health of the business and insights, present and provide strategic guidance to leadership • Support pre-launch planning and launch execution through partnership with cross functional stakeholders • Develop KPIs and tracking tools • Design and implement field operation needs, such as CRM, power BI reporting, and targeting lists • Support the development of the company's Data Warehouse and reporting capabilities • Develop and implement weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards for various internal stakeholders • Use predictive modeling to enhance and optimize business outcomes • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, while mentoring team members • Maintain the highest standards in commercial data, reporting, and analytics • Collaborate closely with various functional stakeholders • Manage relationships with data vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or related quantitative field required; advanced degree preferred • Director: Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in commercial analytics, business analytics, or data science • Senior Director: Minimum 10–12+ years of relevant experience with increasing leadership responsibility • Experience supporting biopharmaceutical commercial organizations, including sales, marketing, market access, or patient services analytics • Demonstrated experience translating complex data into actionable insights to support commercial strategy, performance reporting, and launch readiness • Proficiency with SQL and analytics programming languages (Python or R) • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
