📋 Description

• Manage program and project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies • Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations using Azure DevOps and other project management tools • Coordinate multiple parallel initiatives within approved timelines and budgets • Establish, track, and report program and project metrics • Facilitate steering committee reviews, status updates, decision-making forums, and executive reporting • Serve as Scrum Master for designated value streams and project teams • Create and maintain delivery plans in Azure DevOps • Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement Sessions • Monitor progress, remove impediments, promote Agile best practices, and drive continuous improvement • Establish and administer RAID management processes • Identify risks and issues, assess impacts, and drive mitigation plans through resolution • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and facilitate escalations • Develop stakeholder engagement and communication strategies • Facilitate collaboration among business teams, IT teams, vendors, contractors, and senior leadership • Provide status reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates covering project health, risks, budget, resource capacity, and milestones • Support contractor and consulting-resource onboarding and coordination • Optimize resource allocation and capacity planning • Ensure teams have appropriate tools, access, and support • Drive project-management and Agile best-practice adoption • Deliver project/program plans, KPI dashboards, financial and budget tracking, resource plans, RAID logs, dependency frameworks, governance documentation, communication/change-management plans, Agile delivery plans, and continuous-improvement recommendations • Support successful delivery of SAP-related transformation and access-segregation program objectives through March 2028

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience managing complex enterprise programs and projects in large, matrixed organizations • Proven experience serving as both a Project Manager and Scrum Master • Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams across business and technology organizations • Experience creating and maintaining integrated project plans and managing dependencies • Strong risk, issue, and escalation management capabilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Fluent English language proficiency (Mandatory) • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with risk and dependency management, budget and financial management, change management, executive reporting and dashboard development, stakeholder management, and resource planning and capacity management • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline • Preferred: Experience supporting SAP transformation, migration, implementation, or optimization programs • Preferred: Experience with merger and acquisition (M&A) integration initiatives • Preferred: Prior Kimberly-Clark experience or familiarity with Kimberly-Clark processes and systems • Preferred: PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent certifications • Preferred: Experience managing contractor and vendor resources • Preferred: Strong understanding of enterprise governance and compliance requirements • Functional domain experience highly preferred in areas including Finance, Source-to-Pay, Transportation and Logistics, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, R&D, Quality/Safety/Innovation, Master Data Management, SAP Security, SAP Basis, Information Security, HRIS, Payroll, Legal, Facilities, Controls & Compliance, CSV, GxP-regulated environments, Data Migration, MDG, and Intercompany Processes
