📋 Description

• Design, build, and optimize Workday Prism datasets, dashboards, and reports • Partner with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into Prism solutions • Integrate Prism with Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, and external data sources • Manage data pipelines, data transformations, and ensure data accuracy/consistency • Provide ad hoc reporting support and deliver insights to business leaders • Document design, configurations, and best practices for reporting and analytics • Support ongoing enhancement requests and troubleshoot issues

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Workday reporting and analytics experience, including 2+ years in Workday Prism Analytics • Hands-on experience building complex datasets, dashboards, and calculated fields • Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, and/or Finance modules • Experience with data integration, ETL, and external data ingestion • Strong SQL skills and ability to manage large datasets • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently on a remote, part-time schedule • Nice to Have: Workday Certification(s) in Reporting or Prism Analytics • Prior consulting/remote project experience • Familiarity with Workday Security & tenant configuration related to reporting.
