📋 Description

• Lead Workday Reporting & Analytics consulting engagements • Design and develop Workday Advanced, Matrix and Composite Reports • Build and maintain Calculated Fields, dashboards, KPIs and executive-level reporting • Perform Workday Prism Analytics data integration, transformation, modelling and analytics • Apply Workday Business Objects, Data Sources and Security Domains • Troubleshoot reporting defects, data-quality issues, performance problems and security/access gaps • Establish and follow data governance and reporting standards • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday reporting solutions • Work directly with HR, Finance, IT, Operations and senior business stakeholders • Serve as a techno-functional consultant combining technical/reporting and business-facing/functional work

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years overall experience, including 5+ years hands-on Workday Reporting & Analytics • 5+ years of hands-on Workday Reporting & Analytics • Strong experience with Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports and Composite Reports • Strong hands-on experience with Calculated Fields • Workday Prism Analytics experience in data integration, transformation, modelling, and analytics • Strong understanding of Workday Business Objects, Data Sources and Security Domains • Experience building dashboards, KPIs and executive-level reporting • Hands-on Workday HCM experience • Experience troubleshooting reporting defects, data-quality issues, performance problems, and security/access gaps • Experience with data governance and reporting standards • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday reporting solutions • Strong stakeholder-facing and communication skills • Fluent professional English is required • Workday Financials and/or PSA experience highly preferred • Workday Reporting, Prism, HCM or Financials certifications preferred • Approximately 70% technical/reporting and 30% business-facing/functional profile • This is not a pure HCM functional role
