📋 Description

• Work remotely to gather and document requirements, use cases, and process flows • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for technical teams • Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and gap analysis • Support solution design by providing business insights and process recommendations • Assist in system testing, UAT planning, and validation of delivered solutions • Create and maintain business process documentation, workflows, and reporting metrics • Act as a liaison between business teams and IT/development teams to ensure alignment • Track and report progress, risks, and issues to project leadership • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of business solutions in a remote environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT / ERP / Digital Transformation projects • Strong expertise in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation tools • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage stakeholders across multiple time zones in a remote setup • Nice to have: Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems • Nice to have: Knowledge of data analytics, BI tools, or reporting solutions • Nice to have: Business Analyst certifications (CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA)
