📋 Description

• Manage and administer SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Solution Manager, PI/PO, GRC, Fiori, etc.). • Perform system installations, upgrades, migrations, and patching. • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement tuning solutions. • Manage transport management system (TMS), client copies, system refreshes, and background jobs. • Work closely with database, OS, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth SAP operations. • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and audit requirements. • Implement and manage High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Backup strategies. • Provide technical support during cutovers, go-lives, and project rollouts. • Mentor junior Basis administrators and act as a subject matter expert in SAP Basis.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. • 10+ years of SAP Basis administration experience, with strong expertise in large enterprise environments. • Hands-on experience with S/4HANA, HANA DB, and cloud-hosted SAP environments (AWS/Azure/GCP). • Strong knowledge of SAP system architecture, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. • Proficiency in user administration, roles, authorizations, and security concepts. • Experience with SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM, Monitoring, EWA). • Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
