📋 Description
• Lead SAP change and release management processes, ensuring proper planning, testing, approval, and deployment of changes and updates • Collaborate with business units, technical teams, and project managers to assess the impact of proposed changes and mitigate risks • Define and enforce change control policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and traceability • Plan and schedule release activities across multiple SAP modules (S/4HANA, Fiori, Analytics, Integration Suite, etc.) • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and validation activities to ensure system stability and performance • Monitor change requests, track progress, and ensure proper documentation and communication with stakeholders • Manage version control, transport requests, and deployment pipelines to maintain consistency across development, testing, and production environments • Identify and resolve issues, conflicts, or deployment failures during change implementation • Provide reporting and metrics on change velocity, deployment success rates, and system availability to leadership • Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline change processes, automation, and operational efficiency
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline • 7+ years of experience in SAP change management, release coordination, or application lifecycle management • Strong knowledge of SAP environments including S/4HANA, Fiori, SAP Solution Manager, and Integration tools • Experience managing transports, versioning, and configuration across SAP landscapes • Familiarity with ITIL, DevOps practices, and SAP Activate methodology • Excellent risk assessment, problem-solving, and process governance capabilities • Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills • Experience working in regulated or highly controlled environments is an advantage • SAP certifications or ITIL Foundation certification are preferred
