📋 Description

• Oversee all tasks in the development cycle for General Ledger solutions within SAP. • Lead the strategic design and implementation of comprehensive SAP General Ledger solutions. • Provide guidance and mentorship to teams responsible for delivering impactful financial transformation projects. • Offer high-level advisory services in SAP General Ledger management. • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that align with complex financial objectives. • Direct the configuration, customization, and enhancement of SAP Finance modules. • Conduct thorough data analysis to guide financial decision-making. • Create and execute rigorous testing protocols to ensure data integrity. • Train and support users on new systems and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution. • 10+ years of direct experience in general ledger accounting or consulting, with a strong focus on SAP-enabled transformations. • Proven track record of leading successful SAP General Ledger implementations. • Extensive understanding of SAP General Ledger functionalities and financial reporting processes, along with a solid grasp of financial systems integration. • Advanced degree (MBA) or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred. • Experience in integrating SAP General Ledger with other SAP financial modules and external systems. • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and best practices in general ledger management. • Strong leadership capabilities with a demonstrated ability to manage significant project deliverables effectively. • Excellent strategic planning, client interaction, project management, and presentation skills. • Strong analytical skills with a comprehensive perspective on financial, technological, and accounting developments.
