📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • KATBOTZ LLC is seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Cloud Controlling (CO) Consultant to support finance transformation and ERP implementation initiatives. • The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, test, and deploy SAP S/4HANA Cloud Controlling solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives and SAP best practices. • Key Responsibilities Include: • Solution Design & Configuration - Lead Fit-to-Standard and business process workshops with Finance and Controlling teams. • Analyze business requirements and recommend SAP S/4HANA Cloud best-practice solutions. • Configure and support: Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Product Costing, Cost Object Controlling, Margin Analysis (CO-PA), Profitability Reporting, Cost Allocations and Assessments. • Design management reporting and controlling structures. • Implementation & Delivery - Participate in SAP Activate project phases. • Prepare functional specifications and configuration documentation. • Support master data design and migration activities. • Execute unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Assist with cutover and go-live activities. • Integration & Collaboration - Collaborate closely with Finance (FI), Procurement (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), Manufacturing (PP), Project Systems (PS), Group Reporting to ensure seamless integration between operational and financial processes. • Support & Optimization - Provide post-go-live support and hypercare. • Troubleshoot functional issues and process gaps. • Recommend process improvements and optimization opportunities. • Support SAP quarterly cloud releases and regression testing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or related field. • 10+ years of SAP CO consulting experience. • Minimum 2 SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation projects. • Strong expertise in: • Cost Center Accounting • Internal Orders • Product Costing • Profit Center Accounting • Margin Analysis (CO-PA) • Allocations and Settlements • Experience with SAP Activate methodology. • Experience conducting Fit-to-Standard workshops. • Strong understanding of management accounting and controlling processes. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.
