📋 Description

• Support service transformation initiatives and ERP implementations. • Work closely with business stakeholders, customer service teams, field service organizations, and cross-functional SAP teams. • Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP S/4HANA Cloud Service solutions to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency. • Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and gather business requirements. • Configure organizational structures and service execution processes. • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, and Customer Experience teams for process integration. • Drive adoption of SAP best practices for customer and field service operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related field. • 10+ years of SAP Service Management consulting experience. • Minimum 2 SAP S/4HANA Cloud Service implementation projects. • Strong expertise in Service Order Management, Service Contracts, Warranty Management, Repair Management, Installed Base Management, Service Billing, Customer Service Processes. • Experience with SAP Activate methodology. • Experience conducting Fit-to-Standard workshops. • Strong understanding of service lifecycle and field service operations. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.
