📋 Description
• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP TM (Transportation Planning, Carrier Selection, Freight Order Management, Freight Settlement, etc.). • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. • Integrate SAP TM with SAP ECC/S4HANA, SAP EWM, SAP EM, and third-party logistics systems. • Configure planning and execution processes such as order management, load planning, tendering, and freight costing. • Provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth system operations. • Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfers with end users and support teams. • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), cutover, and post-go-live stabilization. • Stay updated with the latest SAP TM capabilities and industry best practices.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. • 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP TM consulting with at least 2 end-to-end implementations. • Strong expertise in Transportation Planning, Execution, Freight Settlement, and Charge Management. • Experience with integration to SAP S/4HANA (order management, logistics execution, finance) and SAP EWM. • Knowledge of Master Data (Locations, Business Partners, Resources, Transportation Lanes) in TM. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural team environment.
