📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end data migration lifecycle including strategy, planning, extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and load • Ensure accurate, secure, and efficient migration of legacy data into SAP S/4HANA and related systems • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define data objects, mapping, and business rules • Design and implement ETL processes using SAP and non-SAP tools • Execute data migration using SAP Migration Cockpit, BODS, LSMW, LTMC, or other ETL tools • Ensure data quality, governance, and reconciliation throughout the migration process • Work closely with business users for data validation, testing, and sign-offs • Identify and resolve issues in data loads and provide post-migration support • Mentor junior team members and drive best practices in data migration projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field • 10+ years of experience in Data Migration / Data Conversion, with strong expertise in SAP projects • Proven hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA data migration tools and methodologies • Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and reconciliation processes • Experience with legacy system data extraction and third-party ETL tools • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills • Ability to lead workshops, coordinate with multiple teams, and deliver under tight deadlines • Nice to have: SAP Certification in Data Migration, BODS, or S/4HANA • Nice to have: Experience in Central Finance, Master Data Governance (MDG) • Nice to have: Exposure to large global rollouts and multi-country migrations
