📋 Description
• Remote position to design, configure, and implement SAP Plant Maintenance solutions in S/4HANA or ECC • Work closely with clients to optimize equipment maintenance, ensure compliance, and improve operational efficiency • Candidates may take a lead role or must be capable of managing complex PM projects independently • Configure and implement SAP PM modules for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance • Design and enhance master data structures (functional locations, equipment, bills of material) • Develop maintenance plans, task lists, and notifications/work orders • Integrate SAP PM with MM, FI/CO, QM, and EAM functionalities • Support mobile plant maintenance solutions and Industry 4.0 integration • Lead workshops, gather requirements, and prepare functional specifications • Conduct testing, training, and cutover activities for go-live • Recommend process improvements for asset lifecycle management
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field • 10+ years of SAP experience, with strong focus on Plant Maintenance • Hands-on configuration experience in SAP PM (ECC or S/4HANA) • Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies, scheduling, and breakdown management • Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills • SAP S/4HANA certification in Asset Management or Plant Maintenance (preferred) • Experience with mobile maintenance applications (SAP Fiori, SAP Asset Manager) (preferred) • Exposure to predictive maintenance, IoT, and EAM solutions (preferred)
