📋 Description

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP RTR processes within the Finance and Controlling module. • Manage end-to-end Record-to-Report cycles including General Ledger, Accounts Closing, Asset Accounting, and Intercompany processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (OTC, PTP, Treasury, etc.) to ensure seamless financial process integration. • Provide functional expertise for month-end and year-end closing activities, financial consolidation, and reporting. • Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. • Lead RTR-related issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvements. • Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and support UAT and training sessions. • Stay updated with SAP S/4HANA innovations in Finance and drive digital transformation initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology. • 10+ years of SAP FICO / RTR experience, with at least 2–3 full life-cycle SAP implementations. • Strong knowledge of General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Consolidation, and Financial Closing processes. • Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance (preferred). • Understanding of integration with MM, SD, PTP, and Treasury modules. • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. • Experience in leading teams and mentoring junior consultants is an advantage. • Nice to Have SAP Certification in Finance or S/4HANA Finance. • Experience with Central Finance and Group Reporting. • Exposure to multinational environments and global rollouts.
