📋 Description

• Performs a wide range of complex real property functions relating to the acquisition, management, and disposal of government real property. • Responsible for real property inventory maintenance, reporting, and data analysis. • Reconciles annually all real property records with all entities/agencies/departments that occupy, maintain, or operate facilities. • Conducts and processes annual compliance inspections for grants. • Prepares real property key supporting documents (KSDs), reports, and presentation materials as required. • Coordinates with a variety of entities on base such as Environmental flight and Legal office.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in real property. • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management or related fields preferred. • Must attend AFIT Real Property Management Course WMGT 424 within 12 months of assignment. • Knowledge of federal government real property procedures. • Ability to use Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at an intermediate level. • Valid state Driver’s License with acceptable driving record pertinent to the position. • U.S. Citizenship.
