📋 Description
• Initiate outbound calls to promote travel packages, flight deals, hotel bookings, and other services. • Respond to incoming inquiries, providing detailed information about travel offerings. • Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable options. • Convert leads into confirmed bookings by effectively communicating benefits. • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information. • Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the revenue goals. • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align activities with business strategies. • Handle customer complaints and provide post-booking support.
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in tourism, hospitality, or marketing is advantageous. • Proven experience in tele calling or sales, preferably in the travel industry. • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications. • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. • Customer-focused with the ability to handle objections and resolve issues. • Good organizational and multitasking skills. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
