📋 Description

• Editorial planning, creation and maintenance of content for EFM's communication channels • Editorial management and production of newsletters and mailings • Collaboration on press releases in coordination with the Head of Communications & Marketing • Editorial maintenance and updating of content in the CMS as well as on EFM websites and microsites • Creation, editing and preparation of visual materials for various communication channels • Organization and coordination of photo shoots as well as editorial prioritization of image and text content during the EFM • Analysis and evaluation of communication measures; monitoring current trends and developments in the industry • Support in the development and implementation of social media strategies and campaigns to address international target audiences

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree or vocational training in communications, cultural studies, journalism, media or a comparable qualification • Initial professional experience in content creation, editorial work and digital communication, ideally in the cultural or media sector • Strong language sense, confident writing style and editorial experience in both English and German • Experience maintaining content in CMS systems (e.g., FirstSpirit, WordPress or similar) • Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram), analytics tools and basic image editing skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) • German and English language skills at C1 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)
