📋 Description
• Collaborate with Managing Partners to meet or exceed budgeted EBITDAR • Identify growth opportunities and ensure operational procedures are followed • Utilize selection tools to maintain optimal staffing levels • Address Employee Relations (ER) needs proactively • Implement weekly and period goals, recognizing and rewarding team achievements • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and outstanding customer service • Coach and train Managing Partners, Co-Managers, and Shift Supervisors • Share Best Demonstrated Practices and contribute to a collaborative team environment
🎯 Requirements
• High School, GED, College, or University Degree preferred • Minimum 1 year, preferred 3-5 years of successful multi-unit operational management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry • Proven ability in selecting, coaching, and developing managerial employees • Valid driver’s license
