📋 Description

• Develop strategies for successful planning and execution of the Nadcap audits, with emphasis on site compliance. • Provide support in maintaining the Nadcap certification process for all locations. • Ensure compliance with all industry and customer requirements at sites. • Provide SME Leadership to the Special Process Network audit process to ensure schedule compliance, auditor qualification, process improvement, and corrective action. • Participate in customer quality improvement plans (QIP) related to special processes as required. • Collaborate with site resources, product engineering, and the Product Action Committees (PAC) to drive product and manufacturing improvements that result in escape reductions and improved product reliability related to special processes. • Perform risk analysis and drive mitigation actions including continuous improvement activities. • Use project management tools to influence cross-functional departments and activities. • Function as Special Process, QMS process and procedural mentor for sites.

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business or Technical discipline • 10+ years’ experience in a quality related function and an Aerospace production environment • Extensive knowledge of the AS9100 series of industry standards • Knowledge of NADCAP Special Processes • Direct experience with all elements of Honeywell’s Quality Management Systems and certifications • 5 years minimum Lead Auditor experience
