📋 Description
• Manage the month-end close process. • Ensure accurate financial reporting and provide strategic insights. • Lead preparation of monthly financial reports. • Develop and maintain financial models. • Perform cost analysis and profitability tracking.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA is a plus). • 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting and/or FP&A, preferably in a corporate setting. • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles. • Hands-on experience with full-cycle month-end close processes. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel. • Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP. • Experience leading automation or process improvement initiatives (preferred).
