• Lead and take full ownership of the financial agenda across the privately owned technology companies Keen Software House and GoodAI. • Act as a long-term financial partner to founder and CEO Marek Rosa. • Understand the full financial, accounting, tax and financing situation of the group. • Propose practical solutions and drive important matters through to completion. • Manage the relationship with the external accounting firm and ensure quality work. • Maintain a reliable group-level view of liquidity and expected cash requirements. • Monitor bank loans and identify financing risks early. • Establish a reliable 12-month overview of tax obligations and statutory filings. • Collaborate with external partners like accountants, tax advisers, and banks efficiently.
• Knowledge of the Czech accounting, banking and tax environment, together with Czech or Slovak language skills • substantial senior experience as a CFO, Group CFO, Finance Director or equivalent; • experience taking responsibility for the finances of a multi-entity group; • strong understanding of management reporting, cash flow, financial planning and financial controls; • practical experience with bank financing, loan covenants, refinancing and lender communication; • experience managing accounting firms, tax advisers, auditors and other external providers; • the ability to diagnose incomplete or unreliable financial processes and improve them; • strong judgment and the ability to separate material risks from minor operational details; • a track record of driving complicated, cross-functional matters to completion; • the confidence to challenge incorrect information or inadequate work; • the ability to communicate complex financial matters clearly to a non-financial CEO; • a hands-on approach combined with senior-level strategic thinking; • professional English. • Experience with privately owned technology, software, gaming, AI, research or investment groups would also be valuable.
• Long-term external or fractional CFO cooperation. • Expected regular involvement: approximately 30 hours per month after the initial setup. • Greater involvement may be required during the diagnostic and handover period. • Occasional onsite visits to Prague if needed.
