📋 Description

• Keeper is hiring a motivated and passionate Bilingual (French) Training Specialist, EMEA (Remote - US, Ireland Hours) to join an expanding team within our B2B Support division. • This role is based in the United States but operates on Irish Standard Time (IST) to support our customers and internal teams located in Ireland and the broader EMEA region. • This is a 100% remote position from select locations with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the Chicago, IL metro area. • Keeper’s cybersecurity software is trusted by millions of people and thousands of organizations globally. • The Bilingual (French) Training Specialist is responsible for delivering training programs and materials aimed at educating business customers and partners on the functionalities, features, and best practices related to our Keeper services. • The goal is to ensure customers and partners can effectively utilize the software to drive business success. • Hours: To operate 8:30am - 5:00pm on Irish Standard Time (IST), for example 2:30am - 11:00am CST • Conduct training sessions for customers to ensure they are proficient in using our products and can maximize their benefits while tailoring training content to different audience types and skill levels. • Maintain accurate records of customer configurations, customizations, and communication to ensure a comprehensive understanding of each training. • Work from the United States while maintaining active working hours aligned with Irish Standard Time (IST) to effectively collaborate with regional clients and internal team members. • Communicate with French and English speaking customers, both verbally and in writing.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment or equivalent customer service environment • Must be bilingual, native French with English fluency (both verbal and written) • Strong understanding of SaaS products and technologies • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to adapt training content to varying audience needs and skill levels • Ability and willingness to consistently maintain Irish Standard Time (IST) working hours • Exceptional organizational and project management skills • Experience with Google docs and MS-office tools • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer relationships • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, across global regions and time zones
