📋 Description

• Results-oriented / focused on achieving sales targets • Autonomous management of clients in the interior of São Paulo, including distributors, supermarket chains and specialty retail, concentrated in the territories of the Campinas, Sorocaba and Bauru regions • Responsible for the sales performance of their portfolio, identifying potential gaps and opportunities for direct or indirect service (through distributors) • Regularly visit points of sale, monitor execution and produce reports to share opportunities to improve sales performance with clients/partners • Hold regular meetings with clients to review metrics and identify sales improvement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience serving the food retail sector and/or managing distributors (indirect channel) • Commercial experience in the consumer goods industry • Bachelor's degree (completed) • Willingness to travel • Must have own vehicle • Preferred: Experience in the pet market; experience consulting, analyzing and interpreting market reports (Scanntech and Neogrid); experience using Power BI for report queries
