📋 Description

• Maximize Kellogg Brands sales and reach qualitative objectives at points of sale • Guarantee excellent execution of Trade Marketing 4 Ps • Define the point-of-sale panel and effective coverage through a weekly visit schedule • Periodically analyze performance and share views with the manager to identify short- and medium-term actions • Monitor market and competitor evolution in the territory • Provide reports and recommendations regarding interventions • Collaborate with RAM/NAM in managing assigned banners and coordinate with other Field Sales Representatives • Promote the Kellogg image in the market and recommend actions to anticipate market and trade changes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the products • Knowledge and use of sales tools • Good knowledge of categories, brand strategies, consumer and shopper behaviour • Leadership skills to inspire, motivate and lead a team • High communication skills • Proactive and initiative-taking • Good team worker, loyal to both role and company, enthusiastic and dedicated • Fluent in Italian and English • University degree required, preferably economics or similar
