📋 Description
• Process and validate payroll for hourly and salaried employees • Maintain attendance and timekeeping records • Support vacation tracking and partner with HR and Operations to ensure payroll accuracy • Review, track, and monitor pension and healthcare payments • Analyze labor utilization, overtime, attendance trends, and operational variances • Assist with accruals, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reporting activities • Support production reporting, labor and material tracking, and operational data analysis • Assist with spending analysis, forecasting activities, and budget tracking
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED • Experience with payroll and some financial data processing • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lookup functions • Strong attention to detail • Data analysis capabilities
