📋 Description

• Support senior leadership in the execution of strategic priorities and business objectives. • Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure alignment across departments. • Prepare briefing materials, reports, presentations, and executive communications. • Act as a strategic partner to leadership on planning, governance, and decision-making. • Track key initiatives, risks, and action plans across the business. • Facilitate leadership meetings and follow up on critical deliverables. • Support internal communications and change management initiatives. • Provide oversight of strategic projects and operational improvements. • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Ensure leadership time and focus are aligned to the highest-value priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, strategy, business management, or senior operations role. • Strong strategic thinking and project management capability. • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. • High level of commercial awareness and business acumen. • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience working closely with senior executives or boards. • Degree-level education or equivalent experience preferred.
