📋 Description

• Serve as the final decision-maker for all published content. • Collaborate with senior leadership on online presence and content strategy. • Cultivate and maintain a broad network of subject-matter experts, writers, policymakers, and other contributors to strengthen credibility and output. • Lead and manage all editorial staff and content workflows across digital and print platforms. • Expand the organization’s investigative reporting capacity and develop long-form feature content. • Own and manage the editorial budget in collaboration with relevant internal teams. • Support strategic initiatives in partnership with senior leadership. • Define and enforce editorial best practices to ensure consistently high-quality output across all

🎯 Requirements

• Strong editorial judgment with the ability to make high-quality decisions quickly. • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience leading editorial teams and managing editorial workflow. • Bachelor’s degree in journalism or a closely related field; advanced degree a plus. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Minimum 7 to 10 years of professional journalism experience. • **Preferred Qualifications** • Familiarity with purpose-driven organizations and audience or community engagement. • Proven track record commissioning and editing ambitious investigative and long-form feature work. • Familiarity with modern audience-building techniques and media innovation.
