⢠Minimum 5 years recruitment experience ⢠Demonstrated ability to manage full recruitment lifecycle independently ⢠Strong client relationship management skills ⢠Self-starter mentality with business development capabilities ⢠Strong understanding of employment law and recruitment practices ⢠Excellent communication skills (fluency in English essential) ⢠Existing client base or business pipeline ⢠Specialization in high-demand sectors ⢠Experience with recruitment technology and CRM systems ⢠Previous experience running a business or managing P&L ⢠Established network within your business community
