• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Executives across the West region, driving consistent, profitable sales growth • Own regional sales budgets and KPIs, including calls, site visits, and sales conversion, and take corrective action where performance is falling short • Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and channels to expand the customer base • Collaborate with marketing on regional campaigns and lead generation • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, and adjust strategy accordingly • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior leadership • Continually review and improve the end to end customer sales journey • Get in the field regularly: travel with your team, meet customers, and build the trust that a remote structure requires
• Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field • 8 to 12 years total sales experience, with at least 3 to 5 of those in a sales management or leadership capacity • Proven experience in a senior sales management or leadership role, ideally with a background in manufacturing, construction, home improvement, or a related considered purchase category • Experience selling a luxury or premium brand in a B2C environment • A track record of successfully leading and developing a remote or geographically dispersed sales team • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the confidence and credibility • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Comfortable and effective with CRM and standard Microsoft/sales technology tools • Willingness and ability to travel extensively and consistently, including regular overnight travel
• Base salary range of $120,000 to $140,000, depending on experience • Discretionary performance bonus • Benefits package included
