• Support mills in the Lynchburg, VA area • Servicing existing and new accounts, including on site analysis, troubleshooting, inspection, design and installation of feed and delivery systems • Establishing a business plan with goals and objectives for sales and profits to new and existing business • Providing customer with timely service reports • Communicating mill requirements/opportunities • Providing attention to customer needs and identifying new sales opportunities • Monitoring Kemira product and service quality • Resolving customer concerns to customer’s satisfaction • Maintaining sales information systems and expense reporting systems in a timely manner • Attending appropriate industry conferences and assigned company meetings • Developing technical and sales skills by participating in and completing company approved training programs
• Bachelor's degree level and/or equivalent field experience in paper specialty chemical sales, paper science, chemistry, biology, microbiology, or chemical engineering • 0-5 years’ experience in the paper industry • Ability to develop Key Account or Project Plans and execute with discipline • Strong emphasis on documenting ROI of new and existing applications • Ability to develop “trust based” relationships with key buyers • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
