📋 Description

• Lead development teams (back-end and front-end) from a technical perspective, ensuring consistent, high-quality deliveries aligned with business strategy. • Work across the entire product lifecycle, from planning to delivery and monitoring, ensuring solutions deliver real value to users. • Mentor and support the team, promoting continuous development of technical and behavioral skills, and fostering a collaborative learning environment. • Evaluate and propose software architectures that ensure product scalability, security, and performance. • Support the resolution of complex technical problems, coordinating resources and driving decisive actions. • Promote initiatives for technological updates, ensuring solutions advance without losing compatibility with existing systems. • Drive innovation by researching and exploring technology trends and coordinating joint actions with other leadership. • Monitor development quality and performance metrics, contributing to a data-driven culture and continuous improvement. • Lead initiatives that explore the potential of Artificial Intelligence to increase team efficiency and product impact, identifying opportunities for automation, process improvement, decision support, data analysis, and improved user experience. • Participate in the technology community, translating external experiences into team growth, process improvements, and positive impact on company results.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in technical leadership of software development teams. • Strong technical proficiency in Back-End (Node.js) and Front-End (React), with command of the full development cycle (planning, delivery, impact monitoring). • Experience designing solution architectures and scalable systems. • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP). • Knowledge and hands-on experience in Cloud Computing (AWS/GCP). • Ability to translate metrics and analyses into technical and business decisions. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to share knowledge and facilitate collaboration. • Experience with SaaS products and/or ERP systems. • Experience in system modernization projects. • Advanced knowledge of Serverless and Microservices architectures. • Experience with complex system integrations. • Advanced Cloud Computing (AWS/GCP) expertise for advanced scenarios. • Fluent English.
