📋 Description

• Lead, coordinate, and monitor all fire safety activities across the parking facilities. • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, promote risk prevention, and foster a strong safety culture. • Develop, implement, and update the organization’s or company’s safety policy. • Identify, assess, and prioritize risks. • Propose and monitor prevention and protection action plans. • Monitor regulatory and standards developments and ensure compliance. • Coordinate relations with operators, emergency services, and authorities during fire safety committee reviews and the acceptance of completed works. • Raise employees’ awareness of safety procedures and provide training. • Draft, update, and distribute safety procedures and instructions. • Manage the electronic safety register. • Lead the monitoring of mandatory periodic inspections and ensure that non-compliances are resolved. • Lead the follow-up of corrective actions required after fire safety committee reviews. • Provide regular reports to the line manager. • Lead and develop the “Safety Challenge,” with monthly reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree to master’s degree (Bac +2 to Bac +5) in security/safety, risk prevention, HSE, QHSE, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Significant experience in a similar role or in a highly regulated environment. • Relevant certifications (SSIAP, CQP, civil protection training, etc.) are an advantage. • Knowledge of the regulatory framework governing fire safety/security and, where applicable, ERP/ICPE requirements. • Strong anticipation and planning skills, rigor, reliability, and excellent interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and summarization skills, with keen attention to detail.
