📋 Description

• Manage team of Billing Associates as assigned, including scheduling work shifts to effectively cover business needs. • Participate in team member hiring, training, coaching, and performance management. • Partake in leadership meetings as needed. • Assist in the development of training materials that will be shared across functions. • Manage multiple aspects of the billing function including identification and resolution of issues preventing claim submission. • Ensure team members are entering critical data into the claim appropriately to obtain proper reimbursement. • Partner with the collections leaders surrounding issues causing denials. • Develop strategic plans and programs for the Revenue Cycle process. • Ensure insurance billings are current within the established timeframe specified in the department policy. • Communicate and collaborate with sales leaders to ensure issues impacting claim submission are addressed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 5 years of experience in the DME / HME billing environment • Minimum of 3 years management experience • Strong background in federal and state laws and requirements relating to Healthcare policy • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • 6 years of Manager or above leadership experience (preferred) • Experience with Bonafide (preferred) • Experience with Salesforce (preferred)
