📋 Description

• Financial and strategic partner working closely with the Regional Sales Executives in the Commercial Bank: • Provides monthly/quarterly reporting analyzing financial results and performance to targets and progress to strategic initiatives • Owns the short and long term forecasting process • Develops or enhances existing driver based forecast models for the Commercial Bank loan portfolio and associated fees • Develop full funnel reporting for new markets performance and profitability • Perform ad hoc analyses on market performance including post-mortem analyses • Presents to senior leadership on a quarterly or monthly basis with a focus on translating business driver trends to forward looking risks and opportunities • Complete required external and regulatory reports as needed • Provide research on miscellaneous items and complete ad hoc analysis as necessary • Develop strong working relationships with business unit leadership, peers, and partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree (Finance, Accounting or related field) • 4+ years of diverse analytical experience in Finance, preferably with exposure to banking • Organized self-starter with the ability to think and work independently and creatively • Strong financial and/or accounting acumen • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish solid working relationships with multiple teams and individuals with varying levels of expertise • Proven team player, willing to assist others as needed to ensure that group deadlines are met and quality standards achieved • Detail oriented with the ability to thoroughly analyze and resolve issues with limited direction • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access and PowerPoint) • Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks effectively • Experience with data visualization applications (Tableau) preferred • Experience with financial management software applications (Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Essbase) preferred • Experience with SQL and Google Big Query preferred • Commercial Banking experience
