📋 Description

• Develop, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions that align with business needs • Provide support, root cause analysis, and debugging to meet SLAs • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate solutions with existing systems • Communicate with diverse audiences and support automation portfolios • Ensure compliance with standards, security, and change management • Partner with teammates to develop, configure, test, and implement processes to meet the defined and anticipated requirements with high-quality builds on time and on budget • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to accomplish objectives or resolve issues • Participate in Agile teams to deliver iterative improvements and manage change effectively

🎯 Requirements

• Hands‑on experience with Automation Anywhere (A360) RPA platform • Familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing tools such as ABBYY or equivalent OCR/IDP technologies • Understanding system integration concepts, including REST APIs, JSON/XML, authentication, and error handling • Working knowledge of process engineering software systems • Experience integrating with Azure AI services and/or Google Vertex AI (preferred) • Experience or knowledge in a banking/financial services industry (preferred) • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (required)
