📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional teams in designing and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer requirements. • Contribute to and enforce best practices for solution architecture and implementation. • Develop technical documentation, whitepapers, and case studies. • Represent the company at industry events and conferences. • Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical initiatives with business goals. • Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and trends. • Mentor and develop junior Solutions Architects. • Drive continuous improvement of technical processes and methodologies. • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams. • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective solution delivery and support.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field preferred; or equivalent experience. • Specialized knowledge in a technical, MSP, or software consulting capacity. • Mastery of industry trends, company strategy, and future direction. • Proficient understanding of core networking and infrastructure fundamentals. • Proficient with Active Directory Certificate Services & Active Directory Federation Services. • Proficient in Unix/Linux. • Proficient in scripting development using various Microsoft tools (SQL, PowerShell, etc.). • Proficient in Public-Key Infrastructure (PKI), digital certificates, and cryptography. • Proficient in business application suites such as Microsoft 365. • Ability to innovate at a high level, lead large-scale projects, and mentor senior team members. • Applicants must hold US citizenship or US permanent resident status. • Travel requirements: <25%.
