• Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, ABM, events, webinars, and paid media • Generate qualified pipeline aligned to regional sales targets • Partner closely with regional Sales leadership, AEs and BDRs • Deliver ABM programmes for strategic enterprise and key accounts • Own regional flagship events, trade shows, executive roundtables and partner events • Adapt global messaging and content to local languages, markets and buyer personas
• 5+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including regional, field or demand generation roles • Proven experience delivering integrated, multi‑channel campaigns tied to pipeline and revenue • Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM and a marketing automation platform (e.g. Marketo, SFMC, Pardot, HubSpot) • Confident working closely with Sales leaders and revenue teams • Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with metrics, dashboards and performance reporting • Fluent English and German (both required)
