📋 Description

• Analyze and identify different sections of court documents. • Summarize court documents using AI-powered tools while ensuring clarity and accuracy. • Review and verify all research output to maintain editorial integrity. • Monitor external sources daily for updates on court cases and business deals. • Conduct email outreach to law firms and organizations to confirm details about ongoing transactions and legal cases. • Maintain up-to-date records, closing cases when necessary. • Collaborate with a global team of journalists and editors to ensure content quality and timeliness. • Input and manage information in a deals database, ensuring data accuracy. • Research and cover key business topics including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital markets transactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in legal research. • Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for accuracy and completeness. • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills. • A background in writing or editorial work is a plus. • Availability to work the mid shift (3 PM – 12 AM PH time).
