📋 Description

• Edit raw footage from interviews, panels, and podcast recordings through to polished final cuts • Tighten pacing • Cut between multiple camera angles • Clean up audio sync • Produce clips suitable for long-form and social/short-form distribution • Create B2B video content aligned with editorial and commercial objectives • Collaborate with colleagues from around the world • Support major live events

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating attention to detail, including clean cuts, accurate audio sync, and consistent colour and audio levels across sources • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro • Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, including lower thirds, titles, and motion graphics • Experience editing multi-camera interview, panel, or podcast footage • Ability to cut long-form content down into short-form/social clips • Reliable remote setup • Strong self-management • Comfort with weekly deadlines • Willingness to work mid shift, PH time, from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM • Experience using AI production tools such as HeyGen, ElevenLabs, and Pixverse is a strong plus • Experience with podcast editing workflows, including multi-track audio and noise reduction, is a nice to have • Colour grading experience is a nice to have
