📋 Description

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable business insights • Analyse marketing, student acquisition, revenue and growth performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities • Build and optimise SQL queries to extract, transform and validate data from multiple sources • Develop data models, measures and visualisations using Power BI, DAX and Power Query • Translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions • Deliver insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making • Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and drive data-led outcomes • Champion best practice in data visualisation and self-service analytics • Support ongoing improvements to data quality, reporting capabilities and analytics frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business or a related discipline • 3+ years' experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or a similar role • Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX, data modelling and dashboard development • Strong SQL skills and experience working with multiple data sources • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations • Experience developing reporting solutions that drive measurable business outcomes • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational capabilities • A proactive, self-driven approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Experience within the education sector and exposure to Microsoft Fabric or Azure data environments (Desirable) • Applicants must have valid working rights in Malaysia
