• Lead the design and launch of new clinical programs (e.g., Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Psychology) in collaboration with partner universities and subject matter experts. • Serve as primary liaison with university health faculties, managing senior-level academic engagement. • Identify and develop new product opportunities in health (e.g., CPD, executive education, international programs). • Build Keypath’s brand in health education through thought leadership and industry networking. • Establish and maintain relationships with accrediting bodies and health industry stakeholders. • Oversee continuous improvement and innovation of existing health programs, ensuring quality and compliance. • Develop and lead a health 'community of practice' across Australia and APAC.
• Relevant academic qualifications in a health discipline, with additional education-related study preferred. • 5+ years’ experience in academic leadership within a health faculty (e.g., Program Lead, Associate Dean). • Strong commercial acumen, financial management skills, and entrepreneurial mindset. • Proven experience navigating university accreditation processes and understanding TEQSA regulations. • Background in professional health practice or business ownership outside academia. • Experience liaising with professional accrediting bodies for course accreditation. • Track record of implementing innovative, technology-enhanced teaching practices (e.g., simulations). • Exceptional influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
