📋 Description

• Delivering high-quality, scalable digital solutions by maintaining and enhancing automated test suites and supporting complex releases with manual testing • Designing, planning and executing test strategies across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring comprehensive coverage across functional, regression, integration, accessibility and cross-browser testing • Managing defects end-to-end, performing root cause analysis, and acting as a key point of contact for release validation • Contributing to CI/CD quality engineering by maintaining and expanding automated test suites, improving quality gates, and identifying opportunities to increase automation and reduce manual effort • Proactively identifying risks, improving test coverage, and helping prevent defects before release. • Supporting governance and continuous improvement by maintaining QA documentation, test data and environments, contributing to audit and compliance requirements (including SOC 2), and driving initiatives that enhance quality, reliability, and operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced QA professional with a strong background in both manual and automated web testing within CI/CD environments • Hands-on experience developing and executing test plans, testing APIs, and working with modern automation tools such as Katalon (or similar) • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, testing methodologies and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs) • Experience validating accessibility against WCAG standards • Confident working with tools such as Postman, SQL, and work tracking platforms like Azure DevOps • Highly analytical, detail-oriented and collaborative, with the ability to troubleshoot defects, trace data flows, and communicate clearly through high-quality documentation • Experience in regulated or audit-controlled environments and exposure to security, performance or eCommerce testing is preferred.
