📋 Description

• Lead business analysis workshops to gather and translate reporting and analytics requirements into scalable BI solutions. • Design and develop Tableau dashboards that deliver both operational and strategic insights. • Build and optimize Tableau data sources, extracts, calculations, parameters, actions, and filters. • Collaborate with data engineering teams to align analytics solutions with enterprise data models and pipelines. • Support production BI environments through troubleshooting, performance tuning, and enhancements. • Deliver client presentations, demos, and Proofs of Concept to showcase analytics capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields—or equivalent professional experience. • Minimum 5 years of experience in BI Development, Data Visualization, or Analytics Consulting roles. • Advanced English proficiency is mandatory. • Tableau Expertise • Data Analytics • SQL knowledge • Knowledge of BI standards, reusable assets, and continuous improvement initiatives.
