• Avaliar processos e identificar oportunidades para aplicação de IA Generativa. • Desenvolver estratégias de adoção e roadmaps alinhados ao negócio. • Propor soluções conceituais e orientar a implementação de projetos de IA. • Promover a capacitação das equipes e apoiar na gestão da mudança. • Atuar como ponte entre áreas técnicas e de negócio. • Aconselhar sobre governança, ética e melhores práticas em IA. • Acompanhar tendências do mercado para recomendar soluções atualizadas.
🎯 Requirements
• Formação superior em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Estatística, Matemática, Física, Administração com foco em tecnologia ou áreas relacionadas. • Experiência prática na aplicação de IA/ML em contextos reais de negócio (tecnologia, produto ou consultoria). • Conhecimento avançado em IA, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Processamento de Linguagem Natural e/ou Visão Computacional. • Familiaridade com as capacidades e limitações da IA Generativa (ex: LLMs). • Habilidade para comunicar conceitos complexos de forma clara, com escuta ativa e adaptação ao público. • Capacidade analítica, pensamento estratégico e orientação para resolução de problemas. • Flexibilidade para entender rapidamente diferentes contextos e setores de atuação.
