📋 Description

• Lead a team of junior AI consultants or interns in executing the project's priorities in the backlog • Design and develop AI agents, assistants, and intelligent workflows for real business needs • Support automation of internal and client processes using Generative AI technologies and modern AI platforms • Explore emerging AI capabilities, including LLMs, copilots, automation frameworks, and intelligent orchestration tools • Collaborate with Data, AI, and business teams to translate opportunities into practical technical solutions • Build prototypes, proofs of concept, and demonstrations to validate new AI use cases • Document architectures, learnings, implementation patterns, and reusable best practices • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency with AI • Participate in innovation initiatives evaluating new models, tools, and AI capabilities before production • Combine technical experimentation with measurable business outcomes in a consulting context

🎯 Requirements

• Profesional graduated in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field • Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Data, and emerging technologies • Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to collaborate with international teams • Hands-on experience with projects focused on the Claude Anthropic environment (Claude, Claude Code, Claude Skills, Plugins, or related AI ecosystems) • Participation in real projects related to generative AI • Experience developing AI agents using Python and other technologies • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities • Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams • Interest in rapid prototyping, experimentation, and continuous learning • Understanding of business processes and how technology can optimize them • Structured communication skills to document solutions and present technical ideas clearly • Experience with AI platforms, automation tools, or data analysis projects is a nice-to-have • Interest in consulting environments and designing technology solutions that create measurable client value is a nice-to-have
