📋 Description
• Definir visão, estratégia e roadmap de produtos baseados em IA. • Identificar oportunidades de uso da IA Generativa para resolver problemas reais. • Traduzir necessidades de negócio em requisitos acionáveis para equipes técnicas. • Gerenciar o ciclo de vida do produto, do conceito ao pós-lançamento. • Priorizar entregas com base em valor, esforço e alinhamento estratégico. • Colaborar com equipes multifuncionais (dados, engenharia, design, marketing). • Acompanhar métricas de sucesso e tomar decisões orientadas por dados. • Apoiar estratégia de lançamento e educação de stakeholders sobre o uso responsável da IA. • Promover soluções baseadas em agentes de IA e sistemas multiagentes para automação avançada.
🎯 Requirements
• Experiência em gestão de produtos de software ou tecnologia. • Familiaridade com IA, ML e conceitos básicos de IA Generativa. • Habilidade em comunicação, análise de dados e visão de negócio. • Vivência em ambientes ágeis e atuação com equipes técnicas. • Capacidade de traduzir entre linguagem técnica e necessidades do negócio.
