• Monitor cloud environments 24x7 using monitoring and observability tools. • Triage and classify alerts, identifying severity and impact. • Execute first-level (L1) procedures according to established runbooks. • Escalate incidents to L2 and L3 teams when necessary. • Record and document all incidents in an ITSM tool. • Monitor NOC operational SLAs and KPIs. • Participate in shift handovers to ensure operational continuity. • Assist in creating and updating runbooks and technical documentation. • Communicate the status of critical incidents to stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or Azure). • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Datadog, CloudWatch, Grafana or similar). • Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS). • Availability to work a 12x36 shift schedule. • Good communication skills for incident logging and escalations. • Basic SQL knowledge for simple queries. • Previous NOC or L1 technical support experience is a plus. • Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk) is a plus. • Knowledge of ITIL (incident and problem management) is a plus. • Technical or university studies in IT, Networking or related fields in progress are a plus. • Basic cloud certifications (AWS Cloud Practitioner, AZ-900) are a plus. • Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows Server is a plus.
