📋 Description

• Develop automations, APIs, applications, integrations, and pipelines using Python • Develop data ingestion, processing, and transformation routines for data from different sources and in different formats • Implement solutions for processing varying data volumes, taking performance, scalability, and incremental strategies into account • Design and evolve technical solutions in accordance with the standards and architecture defined for the project • Develop reusable components, services, and integrations for hyperautomation solutions • Perform unit testing, support user acceptance testing, and help resolve defects and incidents • Participate in and contribute to code reviews and continuous improvements in code quality • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure deliverables align with functional and technical requirements • For more experienced professionals, help define standards, best practices, and technical decisions for the solution • Provide technical support to other developers and contribute to the team's technical growth • Participate in technical risk assessment, performance optimization, and the continuous evolution of applications • Develop an ingestion and information consolidation platform sourcing data from approximately 30 partners, with potential to expand to 60

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Python development • Experience developing APIs and system integrations • Experience with process automation • Experience with data ingestion, transformation, and processing • Knowledge of software development best practices and code quality standards • Experience with testing and version control • Preferred: Experience with Snowflake • Preferred: Experience with hyperautomation projects • Preferred: Experience processing large volumes of data • Preferred: Knowledge of incremental and/or streaming architectures • Preferred: Experience optimizing application performance and scalability • Preferred: Experience leading or mentoring other developers technically • Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions • Ability to influence decisions and build trusted relationships with stakeholders • Analytical, problem-solving mindset • Focus on delivering value and results for clients and the business • Collaborative approach, knowledge sharing, and commitment to continuous improvement
