📋 Description
• Mapear processos junto às áreas de negócio, identificando oportunidades de automação. • Levantar e detalhar requisitos com stakeholders, traduzindo necessidades em soluções de RPA. • Definir arquitetura de automação integrando Power Automate Desktop, Power Automate Cloud, Dataverse, SharePoint e demais conectores. • Desenvolver, testar, homologar e implantar fluxos automatizados aplicando boas práticas de segurança, governança e qualidade. • Priorizar automações, elaborar estimativas de esforço e gerenciar cronogramas de entrega. • Monitorar e sustentar robôs em produção, identificando falhas, propondo melhorias contínuas e garantindo disponibilidade. • Documentar processos técnicos e funcionais, assegurando rastreabilidade e governança. • Apoiar áreas de negócio na resolução de problemas relacionados às automações. • Atuar em metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban) e apoiar a gestão via ferramentas como Jira.
🎯 Requirements
• Formação: Superior completo em TI, Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas. • Pelo menos 4 anos em projetos de automação com Power Platform (Power Automate Desktop/Cloud). • Capacidade de construir fluxos complexos, desenvolver scripts e aplicar boas práticas de segurança e governança. • Conhecimento sólido em consumo de APIs REST e SOAP. • Familiaridade com conceitos de Hyperautomation, RPA, IA, conectores e gestão de dados no Dataverse/SharePoint. • Comunicação clara, capacidade consultiva e colaboração com equipes de negócio e técnica. • Experiência em homologação, avaliação de riscos e sustentação de automações em produção. • Certificações Microsoft desejáveis: PL-200, PL-400, PL-500, PL-600.
